Forgotten Friendships.

Smartphones have made social relationships faster but often fleeting. In a social experiment for Helsana Health Insurance, people were encouraged to scroll through old chats on their messaging apps and reconnect with friends they hadn’t spoken to in a while. A simple "Hi, how are you?" was enough to revive these forgotten connections, showing that small steps can have a big impact on mental well-being.

 

The campaign was shared through social media, online platforms, cinema ads, and other channels.
